Job summary

Graham Packaging Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant's maintenance staff in installing and operating production equipment and supporting facilities. The role drives the Preventative Maintenance Program and coordinates with the Plant Engineer on parts, inventories, and recovery actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related maintenance experience required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory/management role in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
• Interact effectively with managers, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, quality GMP and company policies are followed.
• Provide daily written assignments to maintenance staff.
• Respond to emergencies and adjust prioritites accordingly.
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance Program and drive improvements.
• Order parts and manage inventory with Plant Engineer approval.
• Maintain equipment repair histories and plant records.
