Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related maintenance experience required.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance supervisory/management in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance to meet production quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Enforce safety, health, quality GMP policies and procedures.
• Plan budgets and control maintenance costs; manage vendors and training.
• Lead shift personnel development and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Engineering on equipment improvements.
