Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities for plant production equipment and facilities. You will direct maintenance staff, manage the preventative maintenance program, and partner with the plant team to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

You will also oversee parts purchasing, inventory control, and major troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in maintenance/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in operations or maintenance supervision in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with managers, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assignments to maintenance staff.
• Direct and optimize the plant's Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Lead major troubleshooting and corrective actions for mechanical/electrical issues.
• Manage parts purchasing and inventory within the maintenance department.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
