Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our manufacturing facility. You will oversee maintenance planning, safety compliance, and cost control while driving reliability improvements across plant equipment and systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a maintenance supervisory/management capacity in manufacturing, with a proven leadership track record and strong communication skills. On-site position with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related maintenance experience required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Participates in plant staff, shift and safety meetings and departmental training.
• Develops new methods to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Maintains contact with Engineering on improvements to equipment and systems to boost performance and cut costs.
• Investigates breakdowns and creates programs to prevent recurrence.
• Manages maintenance budget and controls expenditures.
• Leads shift personnel training and development to meet department goals.
• Meets with vendors and plant visitors; may handle special projects.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
