Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or CS required.
• 3+ years of information systems experience.
• Manufacturing or food industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support plant users by managing L1 tickets and assisting on projects.
• Install/repair computers with standardized apps and networking software.
• Configure LAN data networks per organization standards.
• Manage servers and VoIP according to technical plans.
• Install and troubleshoot printers and Axel Thin Client units.
• Create and maintain SOPs and CMDB data quality.
• Maintain high level of customer service and ticket management.
• Work across multiple site issues when needed.
