Job summary

BendTec in Duluth, MN is seeking an IT Technician to join the onsite IT team. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, while collaborating with the corporate IT team on enterprise initiatives.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, experience with Windows and Microsoft 365, and a willingness to travel occasionally. Everyday duties include device maintenance, user training, and incident response in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 3+ years IT support experience (Level 1 and 2).
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Respond to user requests via Helpdesk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and related hardware.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory.
