Job summary

Randstad Digital recruiting for an IT Site Support Specialist in Traverse City, MI. The role provides on-site technical support for bakery operations, with occasional remote assistance for other locations. Responsibilities include end-user computing, security, and RF devices.

Work hours are 8am–5pm. The candidate will support Microsoft 365, desktops, tablets, and peripherals while coordinating with MSPs and the Infrastructure team to ensure timely deployments and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of corporate IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience providing Microsoft 365 support to end users.
• Familiarity with asset inventories and licensing management.
• Experience working with MSPs and IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PC hardware and software, Microsoft 365, and intercom systems.
• Support IT infrastructure used in bakery operations and coordinate with service providers.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and wireless devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues and refresh aging equipment.
• Maintain accurate hardware, software, and licensing inventories.
