Job summary

BendTec is seeking an IT Technician to join the Duluth, MN IT team. This onsite role focuses on Level 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, enabling daily operations and enterprise systems support.

The technician will maintain Windows workstations, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with corporate IT on larger initiatives. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting Windows Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, kiosks, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
• Respond to and resolve user support requests through the Helpdesk ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and related hardware.
• Perform workstation setup, software installation, imaging, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacement.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and other applications.
• Troubleshoot user account issues, including password resets, access requests, and authentication problems.
