Job summary

Workhorse is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support across our manufacturing facility. You will keep plant floor systems, office IT, and production-adjacent technology running with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of desktop/IT support experience, strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on site.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of desktop/IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and networking.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, AD/Entra ID and IT ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 desktop, printer, and device support.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, M365, VPN, and apps.
• Support plant-floor PCs, terminals, barcode scanners, and printers.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and asset inventory.
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams or vendors.
