Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1/2 Help Desk Technician to deliver hands-on IT support in a mixed office and manufacturing environment on a full-time onsite basis in Traverse City, Michigan.

You will troubleshoot end-user hardware, manage Microsoft 365 apps, and assist with daily operations across Cisco/Juniper networks and virtualization platforms. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in help desk roles, familiarity with ticketing systems, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Help Desk/Desktop support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipment.
• Exposure to VMware or other virtualization environments.
• Basic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks.
• Hands-on end-user hardware support and imaging/deployment.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding user accounts and devices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong can-do attitude.
