Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an HR Business Partner to sit onsite in Ballinger, TX with multi-site responsibilities. You will partner with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement while embedding HR initiatives on the plant floor.

You will influence culture, manage core HR duties including payroll and employee relations, and work with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Up to 50% travel expected.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a True Business Partner to supervisors and contributors to align HR with business goals.
• Execute change management initiatives and optimize HR processes.
• Oversee site HR admin, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and develop top talent.
• Utilize data to inform HR strategies and improvements.
