You will partner with operations to anticipate workforce needs and drive business outcomes through people strategies, acting as a change agent while ensuring core HR processes are executed effectively. The role is fully in office at the Mesquite, TX location, partnering with leadership to drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliant HR

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with plant leaders to align workforce planning with budget and headcount needs.
• Lead onboarding for the manufacturing facility and benefits enrollment.
• Manage recruitment processes, job descriptions, requisitions, and hiring compliance including AAP.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll, timekeeping, and Workday processes.
