BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX is seeking a dayshift, full-time HR Business Partner to support Health Services HR needs onsite. This role centers on partnering with managers to drive people initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

You will facilitate meetings, coach leaders, and collaborate across HR to deliver value-added services while understanding the facility's financials and labor market demands. SHRM knowledge is preferred for success.

Competenze

• BA/BS required.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an organization with multiple stakeholders (Healthcare experience preferred).
• Experience facilitating meetings, discussions, and programs (training content).
• Experience coaching local managers to create positive business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence leaders.
• Experience leading and mentoring internal partners to deliver results.
• SHRM certified and/or extensive knowledge of current HR practices, principles, and trends.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS required
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience - Relevant HR experience (HR Adviser, Generalist or Specialist) gained in an organization with multiple stakeholders, including matrix relationships (Healthcare experience preferred)
• Experience facilitating meetings, discussions, and programs (training content)
• Experience coaching local managers to create positive business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence leaders
• Experience leading and mentoring internal partners to deliver results
• SHRM certified and/or extensive knowledge of current Human Resources practices, principles, and trends
