Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to support Abilene, TX operations in an onsite role. Partner with plant leadership and floor teammates to drive talent strategies, optimize workflows, and foster a safety- and teammate-centric culture.

You will lead HR projects end-to-end, mentor junior staff, and refine plant SOPs to support growth and workforce stability. Fully relocate and onboard for long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in a plant, factory, or industrial setting.
• Generalist HR expertise across recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee relations.
• Strong collaboration with plant leaders, operations managers, and front-line teammates.
• Problem-solving with data-driven decision making and SOP updates.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution with plant leadership; translate business goals into HR actions.
• Lead manufacturing HR generalist activities across the plant lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Own complex HR projects end-to-end with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Mentor junior HR staff and foster continuous learning.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement data-driven process improvements.
• Redesign SOPs to meet evolving manufacturing needs.
• Build trust-based relationships with cross-functional leaders and shop-floor teammates.
