Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to sit onsite at the Ballinger, TX plant with multi-site responsibilities.

You will partner with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and a high-performing culture, lead change initiatives, oversee payroll and employee relations, and support talent acquisition. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR, 8+ years of experience, and SHRM/PHR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR or related field required; an advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong training facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a true business partner with supervisors and contributors to enhance employee experience and support business goals.
• Drive change initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities.
• Be visible on the floor, foster engagement, and build strong relationships.
• Use data to inform HR strategies and drive workforce success.
• Oversee site HR processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and develop top talent.
• Support culture and engagement programs to create exceptional employee experiences.
