Strive Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact at a consumer products manufacturing site with ~80 employees. You will partner with plant leadership to strengthen employee relations and performance management, guiding HR matters on the floor.

As a trusted advisor, you will support labor relations, lead site recruiting and retention initiatives, maintain compliance, and drive HR process improvements to boost operational effectiveness across the plant.

Responsabilités

• Coach plant leaders on employee relations, performance expectations, and effective people management.
• Support labor relations activities and help resolve workplace concerns in alignment with policy.
• Lead site recruiting efforts and drive employee retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR and employment compliance across workplace practices and documentation.
• Contribute to HR systems, processes, and continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent HR execution at the plant level.
