Job summary

HR Connections Executive Search is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the HR Team, employees, and leadership in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success and growth.

You will provide strategic HR leadership and consulting to develop talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning, while promoting strong employee engagement and corporate alignment across client businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform a wide range of day-to-day HR functions for employees within manufacturing operations including timekeeping, employee assistance, and reporting.
• Drive effective and engaging communications while building relationships across three shift operations.
• Participate in defining strategic HR goals, tactical steps to success, and timelines.
• Serve as a thought partner, problem solver, and advocate for outstanding communications and employee relations to the local and corporate leadership teams.
• Propose, design, and implement outstanding HR management policies, processes and initiatives to meet local needs while supporting a vision of commonality across client businesses.
• Successfully lead various human resource plans, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Employ effective recruitment and selection tools to drive timely full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding for a range of positions with employees across the organization.
