Job summary

Rosendin seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a facility, including production, quality, maintenance, planning, and P&L. You will drive efficiency, budget execution, and strategic initiatives while leading a cross-functional team and ensuring safety and compliance.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and other departments to meet production targets and customer needs, while shaping the facility's culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years applicable manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience managing a book of business of $150m or more.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and forecasting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including cost control and expense management, and CAC meetings.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of supervisors, managers, and production personnel.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
