Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a General Manager to oversee a facility's operations in McKinney, TX. You will manage production scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across a multi-disciplinary team, with accountability for the facility's P&L and strategic execution.

The role requires extensive manufacturing leadership, a track record of cost control and process optimization, and collaboration with engineering to implement technology-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• Experience managing a book of business of $150m or more.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Oracle and Change Management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and forecasting.
• Manage the manufacturing budget and P&L with cost control and profit optimization.
• Lead safety compliance and quality initiatives to ensure standards.
• Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies with engineering teams.
