Job summary

Rosendin seeks a General Manager to oversee a single facility's P&L, production, quality, maintenance, and planning. You will drive daily operations, manage budgeting, and lead a cross-functional team to meet targets while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with engineering for process improvements, steer strategic initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction. Travel up to 10% may be required; a minimum of 15 years in manufacturing ops is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years manufacturing operations experience, preferably in the modular space.
• Experience managing a book of business of $150m or more.
• Strong understanding of client expectations and implements processes for 100% satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and forecasting.
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, cost control, and procurement activities.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of supervisors and production staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
