Rosendin is seeking a General Manager for our Modular Power Solutions facility in McKinney, TX. You will oversee all aspects of the facility, including production, quality, maintenance, planning, and financials to drive profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years manufacturing operations experience, preferably in modular spaces.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience managing a book of business of $150m or more.
• Experience with Oracle and Change Management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and forecasting.
• Monitor production metrics like output, efficiency, and scrap rates.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure product consistency and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including cost control and expense management.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and profit optimization.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement activities.
• Be the spokesperson for the facility on monthly CAC meetings.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of supervisors, managers, and production personnel.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Investigate and address safety incidents promptly.
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing goals with the overall company strategy.
