The role requires deep production experience, excellent communication, and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Travel up to 10% is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience managing a book of business of $150M+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and forecasting.
• Manage facility budgets and P&L to meet goals.
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering for process improvements and new technologies.
