Job summary

Rosendin seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a single manufacturing facility, including P&L, production, quality, maintenance and planning to meet targets and budgets while upholding safety standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, manage budgeting and procurement, and collaborate with engineering to implement new processes, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of applicable manufacturing operations experience, preferably in modular spaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Oracle and Change Management software.
• Ability to manage a $150M+ book of business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations including scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production metrics, quality and scrap rates; drive improvements.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and manage facility P&L.
• Collaborate with engineering on process improvements and new technologies.
• Develop training and career development for staff; foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety compliance and investigate incidents promptly.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align manufacturing goals with company strategy.
