Job summary

Augmentis seeks a Finance Business Partner to partner with the Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a major manufacturing facility. You will lead forecasting, capital planning, and reporting, steering profitability and performance.

The role requires strong cost accounting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to influence investments and cost-saving initiatives. You will build economic models, support business unit initiatives, and ensure compliance with financial controls

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Visa sponsorship not available; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence at a manufacturing facility.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; manage capital appropriation.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and robust financial controls; coach finance staff.
• Analyze quality, productivity, delivery, inventory, and profitability to guide decisions.
