Job summary

Augmentis is conducting a search for a strategic Finance Business Partner to partner with the Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a key manufacturing facility in West Michigan. The role emphasizes insights, analysis, and leadership that impact performance and profitability.

You will oversee forecasting, planning, and reporting, build economic models for investments and cost savings, and manage capital budgeting while ensuring Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and operational insights.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes for the facility.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings opportunities, and product line decisions.
• Support business unit initiatives and lead capital budgeting and post-project reviews.
• Provide leadership to a finance team and ensure compliance with financial reporting and Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
