Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with the Plant Manager at a key manufacturing facility. You will drive financial planning, perform analyses, build business cases, and influence capex decisions to improve profitability.

This role leads a finance team, manages forecasting and reporting, ensures SOX controls, and collaborates with IS, Procurement, and Accounting to embed financial discipline across operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and profitability.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost savings opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
• Manage capital appropriation and post-project reviews, ensuring Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and drive continuous improvement.
