Job summary

Augmentis is assisting with a strategic Finance Business Partner role at a major manufacturing facility. You'll partner with the Plant Manager to drive financial excellence, build investment models, and oversee forecasting, planning, and reporting to improve profitability.

The role requires a BS in Finance/Accounting with 7+ years of experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to lead a finance team in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and profitability.
• Build economic models evaluating investments, cost savings, and product lines.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes for the facility.
• Manage capital appropriation, post-project reviews, and SOX controls.
• Provide leadership to a finance team and develop others on the staff.
