Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a key manufacturing facility. You will partner with the Plant Manager to drive financial excellence, build economic models, and guide capital and cost decisions.

The role includes leading forecasting, planning, and reporting while ensuring compliance and strong leadership of the finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and operational decision-making.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes and manage Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
