Job summary
Augmentis is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to partner with the Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a key manufacturing facility. You will lead forecasting, planning, reporting, and capital investment analysis, shaping business improvements and performance insights.
The role requires 7+ years in financial/controllership roles, with strong cost accounting, Excel/PowerPoint, and experience in manufacturing finance.
Qualifications
- BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence at a manufacturing facility.
- Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes and capex reviews.
- Develop economic models to evaluate investments and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with Information Systems, Procurement, and Accounting to ensure robust manufacturing systems.
