Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to partner with the Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a key manufacturing facility. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, build business models, and shape capital decisions to improve profitability.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in financial/controllership roles, manufacturing experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Preferred: 5+ years of supervisory experience with staff development.
• Manufacturing finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• MBA, CMA, and/or CPA.
• Plant Controller experience for a manufacturing facility with $150M+ revenues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and impact performance.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings, and product-line decisions.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; manage capital appropriation and post-project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and develop cross‑functional partnerships.
