Job summary

Augmentis is assisting our client, a publicly traded manufacturing leader, in finding a Finance Business Partner to join the Lake Michigan region family of facilities. You will partner with the Plant Manager to drive financial discipline and business insights, influencing capital decisions and lasting improvements across cost and performance metrics.

The role requires a BS in Business Administration/Finance, 7+ years in finance, and strong Excel/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and performance.
• Collaborate with Information Systems, Procurement, and Accounting to ensure robust systems and controls.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; manage capital budgeting and SOX controls.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings opportunities, and product-line decisions; guide business-unit initiatives.
