Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner/Plant Controller to lead financial planning at a major manufacturing facility on Michigan's Lakeshore. You will partner with the Plant Manager to drive profitability, cost control, and data-driven decision making across quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory.

The role includes building economic models, leading forecasting and capital budgeting, ensuring Sarbanes‑Oxley controls, and developing a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and profitability.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes for the manufacturing facility.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings, and product line decisions.
• Manage the capital appropriation process and post-project reviews; ensure SOX controls.
• Provide leadership to a finance team and collaborate with IS, Procurement, and Accounting.
