Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to partner with the Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a West Michigan manufacturing facility. The role offers relocation assistance and a path to leadership, with cross-functional collaboration across IS, Procurement, and Accounting to improve quality, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• U.S. work authorization; Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence at a key facility.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost savings.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
• Manage capital appropriation and post-project reviews.
• Ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and financial controls.
• Provide leadership to a finance team and collaborate cross-functionally.
