Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a versatile Controller to lead site finance for its manufacturing operation in Grand Rapids. You’ll own accounting, controls, planning, and analysis, partner with operations leadership, and guide capital decisions.

The role requires 5+ years of financial or controllership experience in manufacturing, US work authorization, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint. MBA/CPA/CMA preferred, with a focus on cost systems and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
• MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the operation.
• Partner with operations leadership to shape strategy and guide capital decisions.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for site and BU.
• Design and monitor internal controls and ensure US GAAP compliance.
