Job summary

Augmentis seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive financial excellence at a key manufacturing facility on Michigan's Lakeshore. You will partner with plant leadership, shape investment decisions, and deliver robust forecasting and reporting.

The role requires 7+ years in finance/controllership, strong cost accounting, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; relocation offered with a remote start option.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence in manufacturing.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost savings opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes across the business.
• Manage the capital appropriation process and post‑project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley controls and robust financial reporting.
