Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Finance Business Partner to collaborate with the Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a key manufacturing facility in West Michigan. You will lead cross-functional financial analysis, model investments, and guide performance with plant leadership.

This role involves capital planning, SOX compliance, and developing a high-performing finance team; relocation is provided with initial remote work for 30–60 days.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and operational decision-making.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; manage capital appropriation and post-project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and Sarbanes–Oxley controls; provide leadership to finance team.
