Job summary

Augmentis is assisting in identifying a Finance Business Partner/Plant Controller for a key Michigan manufacturing facility. The role partners with the Plant Manager to drive financial excellence, build investment models, oversee forecasting, and lead a finance team in a dynamic production environment.

You will shape performance goals, ensure SOX compliance, and collaborate across IS, Procurement, and Accounting to optimize cost, yield, and profitability while supporting relocation to West

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience in manufacturing finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence at a manufacturing facility.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings opportunities, and product line decisions.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; manage capital appropriation and post-project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley controls; lead finance team.
