Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a manufacturing Finance Controller to own accounting, controls, planning and analysis for the operation. You will partner with site leadership to shape strategy, improve performance and guide capital decisions.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and BU, turning numbers into clear stories that drive decisions and actions across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available)

Responsibilities

• Serve on site Operations Leadership Team as the finance business partner as strategy is developed and executed.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate the key financial and operational drivers of site performance.
• Act as a catalyst for change and lead initiatives that close the gap between current performance and benchmark levels.
• Influence capital expenditure decisions through sound business cases, then track actual results against those cases to ensure investments deliver.
