Augmentis is partnering with a leading aerospace/industrial client to recruit a Finance Business Partner and Plant Controller for a Michigan facility. The role blends strategic financial leadership with hands-on cost accounting and capital planning, reporting to senior plant leadership.

Responsibilities include building investment models, driving profitability, and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley controls while mentoring a finance team in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and profitability.
• Build economic models for investments, cost savings, and product-line decisions.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting; manage capital budgeting and post-project reviews.
• Ensure SOX controls and robust financial reporting; guide a finance team.
