Job summary

Augmentis is assisting a leading manufacturing client on the West Michigan lakeshore. As Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with the Plant Manager to drive financial excellence, provide insights, and influence capital and operating decisions that affect profitability and growth.

Relocation assistance is provided, and the role can begin remotely for 30–60 days while relocation logistics are completed. Day-1 benefits and a strong, cross-functional team culture support success.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence at a key manufacturing facility.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings opportunities, and product line decisions.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; manage capital appropriation and post-project reviews.
