Job summary

Augmentis is representing a client, a leading publicly traded manufacturer, in search of a Finance Business Partner to join its West Michigan facility. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance, implement cost controls, and influence capital investments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/Hyperion systems. Relocation is supported, with initial remote work for 30–60 days during relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Minimum 7 years of financial/controllership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a manufacturing facility.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost savings opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting, including capital appropriation and SOX controls.
• Provide leadership to a finance team and collaborate with IS, Procurement, and Accounting.
