Job summary
Our client, a publicly traded manufacturer, seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive financial rigor and strategic support at a West Michigan plant. The role partners with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to improve profitability, control costs, and optimize performance.

Qualifications
- BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence at a manufacturing facility.
- Build economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings, and product line decisions.
- Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes and ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
- Provide leadership to a finance team and collaborate with IS, Procurement, and Accounting.
