Job summary

Augmentis is partnering with a leading publicly traded aero/industrial gas turbine components manufacturer to recruit a Finance Business Partner for its West Michigan facility. The role offers relocation support and a remote start for 30–60 days while you move.

You will partner with the Plant Manager, build economic models, lead forecasting and capital planning, and guide cross-functional teams toward improved profitability and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related financial/controllership work experience.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence at a manufacturing facility.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost savings opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes and manage capital appropriation.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls are maintained.
