Job summary

Refresco Beverages US is seeking a Plant Engineer to provide comprehensive support to the plant operations team, focusing on troubleshooting and continuous improvement across Production, Maintenance, Shipping and Receiving, and Quality.

You will lead efficiency projects, analyze performance trends, and drive actionable improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of plant systems, equipment, and maintenance.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read and write PLC logic with Allen Bradley (500/5000).

Responsibilities

• Leads continuous improvement projects in production, quality, maintenance and warehouse.
• Evaluates and leads improvements for better line performance.
• Analyzes performance trends and conducts root cause corrective action.
• Engages employees on the production floor with strong presence.
• Develops metrics to validate site profitability and feasibility.
• Leads safety improvement efforts and regulatory compliance.
