Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of plant systems, equipment, and maintenance.
• Awareness of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read and write PLC logic (Allen-Bradley)

• Evaluates and leads improvements resulting in better line performance.
• Analyzes performance trends and conducts root cause corrective action.
