Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Plant Controller in Seguin, TX for a permanent on-site role focused on financial leadership of manufacturing operations. You will manage budgeting, reporting, forecasting, cost control, and internal controls to support strategic growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing finance, with a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and preferably MBA/CMA/CPA, plus leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CMA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost management, and financial modeling.
• Proven leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgets and forecasts.
• Lead financial planning and strategic analysis for growth.
• Drive cost management and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Provide leadership to strengthen internal communications across the organization.
• Lead process improvement in financial reporting.
• Develop and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
