Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Plant Controller for our Fort Worth, Texas site to lead all financial aspects of a new Greenfield manufacturing facility. You will partner with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records and drive cost optimization.

You will manage master data, implement systems like SAP and MES, and develop KPIs to measure performance while guiding strategic projects for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and digitalization/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial aspects of the plant startup and ramp-up.
• Drive planning, forecasting, and KPI development for operational performance.
• Implement internal controls and coordinate with auditors.
