A leading manufacturing company is seeking two experienced Plant Controllers to join their finance team in Texas. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and over 10 years of manufacturing accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting. The role involves acting as a finance liaison, leading cost accounting initiatives, and providing operational and financial analysis. Competitive salary offered in the range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting and standard costing.
• Experience with D365 is a strong plus.
• Experience with Epicor is helpful for the roles in IL or TX.

Responsabilités

• Act as the finance liaison between the plant’s General Manager and corporate GL/accounting teams.
• Lead all aspects of cost accounting at the plant level.
• Provide operational and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Support month-end close processes.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve financial performance and develop cost control strategies.
