Jobot is seeking a Plant Controller for a growing manufacturing company in Texas. This permanent role will oversee the plant's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls, with a strong emphasis on cost management and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (MBA/CMA/CPA preferred) and 5+ years in manufacturing finance, plus solid analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CMA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing financial experience.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant financial operations including budgets, reports, and forecasts.
• Lead financial planning and strategic analysis for growth.
• Drive cost management and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic projects.
• Perform detailed analysis to improve operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Strengthen internal communications across levels.
