Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Management in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, general ledger, and audits.
• Analytical thinking with ability to prepare financial reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Maintains confidentiality and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and FP&A for a large manufacturing site.
• Develop financial policies and procedures with site impact.
• Analyze data and present timely financial statements to senior leadership.
• Drive financial excellence with plant leadership and control costs.
• Coordinate audits and manage month/quarter/year-end close.
• Support inventory working capital and continuous improvement.
